- A character in a new Disney animated short represent’s the company’s first ever plus-size heroine.
- According to Disney, the short “Reflect” features the character of Bianca, who “battles her own reflection, overcoming doubt and fear by channeling her inner strength, grace and power.”
- Disney waded into the culture wars earlier this year, including a same-sex kiss in its Pixar movie “Lightyear.”
