Epstein Had A Creepy ‘Panopticon Room’ To Monitor All His Guests

In a newly filed lawsuit in Manhattan federal court, two women have come forward with disturbing allegations against the late Jeffrey Epstein, indicating a complex web of surveillance and coercion in his New York mansion. The lawsuit provides harrowing details of how Epstein purportedly used CCTV to monitor his alleged victims and provided them with transportation and communication devices to track their whereabouts.

The accusers, Danielle Bensky and another referenced as Jane Doe 3, allege that Epstein’s clandestine operation was sustained through the complicity of his closest associates, his personal attorney Darren Indyke, and accountant Richard Kahn. These two men are said to have played pivotal roles in facilitating the disgraced financier’s “cult-like” trafficking network which lasted over a decade.

The legal actions of Bensky and Jane Doe 3 come on the tail of two sizeable financial settlements from renowned banks JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, previously implicated in providing financial services that supported Epstein’s sex trafficking activities.

The plaintiffs accuse Indyke and Kahn, who were also co-executors of Epstein’s estate, of being deeply entrenched in Epstein’s illegal dealings, despite their persistent denials of involvement. The testimonies in the lawsuit describe a scheme in which the accused collected incriminating information against the young women for blackmail and provided payoffs post-abuse or after they brought more individuals into Epstein’s ring.

The filing further argues that Indyke and Kahn’s actions significantly obstructed law enforcement efforts under the Trafficking and Violence Protection Act and even alleges that they consciously chose financial gain over lawful conduct.

Going beyond mere implication, the lawsuit claims that both men were “well aware” of Epstein’s predatory behavior and directly contributed to its perpetuation. This includes deliberate efforts to hide their level of involvement, portraying themselves as mere advisors, rather than active participants in the sex-trafficking enterprise.

This recent development casts a continued shadow on Epstein’s legacy, bringing to light more victims and the intricate operation that facilitated widespread abuse. Epstein, who had boasted connections to influential figures such as actor Kevin Spacey, had been convicted of child sex trafficking and passed away in August 2019. His former associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, was also recently convicted for her role in Epstein’s trafficking network and is currently serving a prison sentence.
