FBI Wants 66 YEARS To Turn Over Seth Rich Documents

  • The FBI has asked a federal court for 66 YEARS to produce the information from the laptop of Seth Rich, the Democratic National Committee staffer who was killed in Washington in mid-2016. No one has been arrested for Rich’s murder.
  • U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant, an Obama appointee, ruled in September that the bureau provide the information from the computer to Brian Huddleston, a Texas man who filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the info.
  • The FBI claimed it would need time to review and redact information before providing it. At 500 pages per month, the FBI claims, that would mean the bureau would need 66 years to provide the information to Huddleston.
