• However, the largest group of Republicans — 34 percent — said they don’t know who should lead the party or didn’t answer the question.
• Also, national polls are not the best indicator of the 2024 primary outcome. It’s the polls in early primary and caucus states that matter and create momentum for the eventual winner.
