- The Des Moines Register-Mediacom Iowa Poll show Grassley ahead 53-41% among Iowans who have already voted or say they definitely will by Tuesday.
- Independents now appear to favor Grassley, a reversal of the results from October’s poll, according to The Hill newspaper. The poll released last month showed Grassley ahead by just 3 percentage points, or 46-43%.Still, the double-digit leader is smaller that usual for the senior Iowa senator and top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
