  • Navy Lt. Amanda Lee is the first pilot assigned to the legendary Blue Angels.
  • Lee, who goes by the call sign “Stalin,” is among six officers that will join the Blue Angels for its 2023 show season, the demo squadron announced via Facebook.
  • The aerial demonstration squad currently includes 17 officers, which usually serve two years with the team.
