Hunter Biden‘s attorney return to federal court Wednesday in Los Angeles to seek a dismissal of the nine tax-related charges brought against President Joe Biden’s son.
Judge Mark Scarsi of the U.S. District Court Central District of California will hear arguments on a several motions filed by the attorneys, whose client has pleaded not guilty to the charges, in the case brought by Justice Department special counsel David Weiss, according to ABC News.
