- Voters in the district of embattled Rep.-Elect George Santos were highly critical of him to CNN reporter seeking comment.
- “I am completely betrayed. The whole persona that he created, the ability to deceive us is so troubling. This man should not be allowed to be in office. And we all know it. I want to assure you Republicans know it too,” said Santos voter Teodora Choolfaian.
- Santos is still scheduled to be inaugurated into Congress on Tuesday, January 3rd.
