A Canadian court sided with jailed Canadian pastor Artur Pawlowski, who allegedly broke Alberta’s lockdown

  • Artur Pawlowski was fined and jailed for holding outdoor church service in Canada during lockdown
  • “The Pawlowskis’ appeals are allowed. The finding of contempt and the sanction order are set aside. The fines that have been paid by them are to be reimbursed,” the judge said
  • The Alberta Health Services also has to reimburse Pawlowski for his legal costs
