Three Miami Beach club owners this weekend asked a circuit court judge to lift the city’s midnight curfew, which one plaintiff said is costing him at least $500k a weekend in lost revenue.

The owners reportedly filed the request Friday just before the curfew went into effect.

City officials enacted the ban and other ordinances to keep away Spring Breakers — and their rowdy, sometime criminal behavior.

The complaint reads: curfew “unduly punishes and penalizes the plaintiffs’ lawful business operations and was done without reasonable or appropriate advance warning and in the absence of good cause.”

Judge David Miller denied the nightclubs’ challenge, saying that city officials acted in good faith and that the curfew did not cause irreparable harm because it was crafted to allow for some businesses to continue.
