- 45-year-old entrepreneur Brian Johnson AKA ‘Liver King’ has been sued by fans who followed his diet plans and bought his supplements who claim they were duped when the news broke that Johnson has used anabolic steroids for years.
- NY-based customer Christopher Altomare has sued Johnson and his companies for $25 million dollars.
- “Liver King persuaded millions of consumers to adhere to, or abide by, the Eat Tenet by repeatedly making representations to consumers that his near-perfect physique, and optimal health, were solely attributable to his adoption of the Ancestral Tenets, predominantly the Eat Tenet,” says the lawsuit obtained by the New York Post.
