Greg Abbott.Abbott and fellow GOP Govs. Doug Ducey, of Arizona, and Ron DeSantis, of Florida, have since this fall have sent migrants to Democrat-led cites and states to make their case that record-high immigration is a national problem, not a state or regional one.
