- Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has lashed out at Colorado Representative Lauren Boebert for making a “Jewish space lasers” dig while discussing their disagreement over the next GOP House speaker.
- Boebert, who refuses to back House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s bid, said she had been wrongly “accused” of having the same beliefs as Greene as she doesn’t believe in “Russian space lasers” and “Jewish space lasers”. Greene, who has endorsed McCarthy, criticized Boebert over the remarks, accusing her colleague of being “childish,” while taking a shot at her performance in this year’s midterms.
