Firefighter Timothy Rivicci won a lawsuit against the city to get his job back in early October after being let go for being unvaxxed.
The FDNY recently filed a notice that it is appealing the decision.
In a statement, Rivicci told the New York Post “the city’s refusal to reinstate me has brought me to the brink of foreclosure.”
