If you’ve been following the lead-up to the release of ‘Madame Web’ at all, you probably know that at no point did ANYONE expect it to be even remotely good. Everything about it (aside from Sydney Sweeney and Dakota Johnson) looked and sounded horrendous from the very first teasers/posters/Ocean Spray bottle leaks, and every new snippet or news item about the movie just made it seem worse. Pair that with the fact that Sony was the studio in charge of it, and I promise you – nobody had any faith in this movie.
Hell, the star of the damn thing just admitted the filming process was “psychotic” and that she “didn’t know if it would be good at all” last week….
