• Parents at a Canada school where trans teacher “Kayla Lemieux” has gone viral after being photographed in classroom settings wearing Z-cup prosthetic breasts are threatening legal action to end the display.
• Attorney and parent Rishi Bandhu has sent a letter to the school board urging Lemieux to be held to the same dress code standard that is enforced among students.
• “What they’re missing is that when it comes to human rights, and particularly gender expression, context is important. The context that they are missing here is that this is a school, and these are children, they are adolescents, and their maturity is still developing,” Bandhu said.
