- Pfizer plans to hike the price of its COVID-19 vaccine now that the federal government no longer is paying for it.
- Angela Lukin, Pfizer’s U.S. president, said the vaccine’s. price will quadruple, to between $110 and $130 per dose. The government had been paying Pfizer about $30 per dose.
- Lukin said the company still expects the vaccine to be free to anyone with private insurance or government-funded healthcare.
