Questions are being raise in Chicago now that the school system has decided to teach Hispanic students about slavery reparations in a move to push a progressive agenda.
The City Wire quoted one parent saying, “None of these kids have any idea what reparations are. This was pushed by CPS from downtown.
The lesson is written by a group with liberal backing. The news outlet said, “The assignment says it is Designed by CPS Teachers with Content Team Approval.’ It is also sourced to the New York-based school curriculum provider Newsela, backed by an investment firm owned by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.”
