• In a lawsuit spearheaded by the Republican attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri, 67 government officials or entities have been sued for allegedly having “worked hand-in-hand” with Big Tech to censor stories on elections, Covid and the economy.
• ‘This egregious attack on our First Amendment will be met with an equally full-hearted defense of the rights of the American people,’ Louisiana AG Jeff Landry said.
• The defendants include President Biden, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and Nina Jankowicz, who had been slated to run the administration’s now-defunct Disinformation Governance Board.
