TikTok Vows To Sue If Senate Passes, Biden Signs Bill Banning App If Owner Won’t Sell

A TikTok official says that if President Biden signs into law a bill that will effectively ban the popular app in the U.S. the company will challenge the matter in court.

Micheal Beckermann, TikTok’s head of public policy for the Americas, made the remark in a staff memo that also said “at the stage that the bill is signed, we will move to the courts for a legal challenge,” according to Bloomberg News.
