It was a violent weekend in some cities and a lot of it was driven by leftist politics and attacks on police. In Boston, the daughter of a top House Democrat was arrested for allegedly assaulting police. And in Atlanta, an anti-police protest turned violent after calls went out to ambush cops.
Then in Monterey, California, there was a mass shooting by an elderly Asian dance teacher who reportedly had anger issues and took them out on one of the Asian dance studios he regularly taught at.
In Washington, we learned that President Biden will soon lose his chief of staff. Ron Klain will be replaced by former White House COVID chief Jeff Zients.
And we’re getting closer to the Super Bowl and the Philadelphia Eagles are favored. But all four teams going into the final playoff weekend are in a good position to win.
