- In a phone interview with Real America’s Voice, Donald Trump blasted Mitch McConnell for allowing Democrats to pass so much of their agenda while they controlled the House.
- “I mean, they got to impeach Mitch McConnell if he allows a deal to be made with Democrats,” Trump said, referring to the dealmaking between Republicans and Democrats intended to avert a government shutdown.
- McConnell is “a bad guy who’s done a bad job,” he said.
