Turkey Struck By Another Strong Earthquake

  • A 5.2 magnitude earthquake hit eastern Turkey at around 1:18 pm local time Tuesday.
  • The day before, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake, followed hours later by a 7.6 level quake, crumbled buildings and killed more than 5,000 people in Turkey and Syria.
  • Turkey has experienced more than 285 aftershocks following Monday’s massive earthquakes in the southeastern part of the country.
