• Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy at a CNN town hall event on Wednesday explained why he once thought it was conspiracy nonsense that January 6th was entrapment but has now changed his mind.
• Ramaswamy and moderator CNN host Abby Phillip spoke over each other several times with the presidential candidate reminding her several times that she would be uncomfortable because the “establishment doesn’t approve of this message.”
• Ramaswamy also brought up the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping case that included federal agents encouraging the crime that resulted in no convictions. Ramaswamy noted after the trial, a juror apologized to one of the defendants for what the government put him through.
