WATCH: Video Shows Mass Shooter Rattling Off 200 Rounds

  • Phoenix police released video of a mass shooter, armed with a rifle and Molotov cocktail, who went on a murderous shooting spree on Aug. 28.
  • The shooter, who was dressed in full tactical gear, killed three people and wounded five others, including two police officers.
  • When police located the shooter, 24-year-old Isaiah Williams, he already was dead, apparently from a self-inflicted gunshot.
