• Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is demanding the impeachment of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas after he was accused of accepting luxury gifts from a top Republican donor.
• “This is beyond party or partisanship,” AOC said on Twitter. “This degree of corruption is shocking — almost cartoonish. Thomas must be impeached.”
• But AOC is herself being probed to accepting lavish gifts. Documents released last month by the Congressional Ethics Committee show she begged for free tickets — worth $70,000 — to the Met Gala, the world’s number one social and fashion event.
