• Dr. Scott Atlas, a senior fellow in health policy at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution, was called in by former President Donald Trump in 2020 to help develop policies to combat the pandemic.
• Atlas had to fight not only the Washington bureaucracy, led by Dr. Anthony Fauci, but also the academic world, which by and large sided with Fauci.
• Now that Atlas has been proven correct on most issues, he wonders when we’ll see a reckoning for the academics who got it so wrong from the outset of the pandemic.
