Hunter Biden is in disagreement with White House aides regarding the approach he should take in handling his increasing legal issues and the ongoing investigations by Republican lawmakers.
This disagreement has led Hunter to make decisions without the knowledge of his father’s aides.
In December, it came to light that the president’s son had hired lawyer Abbe Lowell without the White House’s knowledge. Hunter hoped that Lowell would be more aggressive than his previous attorney. Additionally, Hunter’s team has recently disclosed that they are exploring the possibility of creating a legal defense fund, which has raised concerns among many Democrats.
