- Authorities on Tuesday arrested a Virginia woman in connection with the February killing of a Republican New Jersey councilwoman outside of her home.
- The suspect has been identified as Rashid Aly Bynum, 28, of Smithfield, Virginia, who has been charged with the killing, which authorities say was targeted.
- The council woman, Eunice Dwumfour was gunned down outside of her apartment Feb. 1., while parking her SUV.

Witnesses reported seeing a white vehicle near the shooting, which eventually led police to Bynum, who worked with Dwumfour at a Nigerian-based church and owned a white Hyundai Elantra.
