  • Coming soon to rural Kentucky: Vending machines stocked with drug paraphernalia, courtesy of the Biden Administration, which is spending $3.6 million to help drug addicts who want to shoot up.
  • The National Institutes of Health launched the program in August to study the effectiveness of so-called “harm reduction kiosks” that contain “injection equipment, naloxone, fentanyl test strips, hygiene kits, condoms, and other supplies.”
  • Earlier this year the Washington Free Beacon reported on a $30 million “harm reduction” grant to distribute crack pipes to addicts.
