After Recount, NH Dem Wins State House Seat By ONE Vote

• Maxine Mosley, a New Hampshire Democrat running for the Hillsborough 16 House District seat, trailed Republican Larry Gagne by 23 votes – 1,820-1797 – for a State House seat.
• That lasted only as long as the recount, which Mosley won by the slimmest of margins – one vote – 1,799-1,798.
• Gagne told Manchester Ink Link it was “very unusual” for so many votes to change, adding “I don’t know what happened.”
