- The first family in headed to the island of Nantucket off Massachusetts for the long Thanksgiving weekend but this time will leave Tuesday, ahead of a powerful storm arriving in the east on Wednesday that is expected to snarl getaway travel.
- The president and first lady Jill Biden are scheduled to be on Nantucket through Sunday.
- The Bidens will stay at the compound of private equity billionaire David Rubenstein, as they have in the past, and staying on the island of the holiday has been a family tradition for them for about four decades.
