Fox News has reached a settlement agreement of $12 million with Abby Grossberg, a former producer at the network who accused Fox News of maintaining a hostile and discriminatory work environment. Grossberg also alleged that she was coerced into providing false testimony during a deposition.
According to Parisis G. Filippatos, Grossberg’s attorney, the settlement resolves all of her claims against Fox News and the individuals named in her complaints, including former host Tucker Carlson and some of his producers.
In light of the settlement, Grossberg’s legal team has filed a request in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York to dismiss the remaining lawsuit against Fox News.
