- House Republicans’ first Biden impeachment inquire hearing will have three witnesses – a forensic accountant, former Justice Department tax attorney, and conservative legal scholar Jonathan Turley, who will be asked to weigh in on the business dealings of the Biden family.
- The hearing will be led by the House Oversight Committee and is titled “The Basis for an Impeachment Inquiry of President Joseph R. Biden, Jr.”
- Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer alleged Biden accepted a bribe as part of his dealings in Ukraine as vice president.
