• The third suspect has been identified as Renny Antonio Parra Paredes. He was charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death.
• Day care owner Grei Mendez and alleged co-conspirator Carlisto Acevedo Brito have already ben charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute resulting in death and conspiracy to distribute narcotics resulting in death.
