The man who supplied gun for the set of the movie “Rust,” on which cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed by a live round died testified Monday in a New Mexico court that he did not supplied that ammo.

The supplier, Seth Kenney, is the proprietor of PDQ Arm and Prop.

He testified on the eight day of the involuntary manslaughter trial for armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed.

Kenny testified about the practiced ritual of shaking each dummy round, to make sure it rattles, which means it’s harmless.

The trial seem to focus on the possibility live rounds brought from other Western-type movie seat were brought to the “Rust” set and perhaps mixed in with the safe rounds.
