Iowa’s Caitlin Clark scores 41 points Monday night to lead the Hawkeyes over defending NCAA champs LSU and return her team to the women’s Final Four tournament.
The final score was 94-87. Iowa will play in the Final Four for the second straight year.
Iowa lost last year’s championship game to LSU.
Clark is the NCAA’s all-time basketball scoring leader.
The Hawkeyes will now play either the USC Trojans or the UConn Huskies. That game started at 9 p.m. ET Monday.
The No. 3-seed Huskies are narrowly expected to claim the last spot in the Final Four, with Action Network putting them as 3-point favorites over No. 1-seed USC.
