Most Complete Set Of Huge T-Rex Skeleton Sells At Auction For $6 Million

  • The skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus Rex nicknamed ‘Trinity’ has sold at an auction in Switzerland for $6.1 million (£4.9 million).
  • Measuring 12.8 feet (3.9 m) high and 38.1 feet (11.6 m) long, the beast is made up of 293 bones from three different dinosaurs.
  • These make up more than half of the TRX-293 TRINITY skeleton, while others were created from plaster and epoxy resin casts.
