Former NFL linebacker Terrell Suggs was arrested for assault late Tuesday night in Arizona, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

The arrest was a result of a March 10 incident at a Starbucks, where Suggs allegedly brandished a gun and threatened to kill a fellow customer in the drive through, according to police documents obtained by TMZ.

The drama unfolded after Suggs drove past the speaker and when he reversed, bumped into the car of another person in line.

There was no damage to the cars, but two separate verbal altercations ensued in which Suggs told the man, “I’ll kill your bitch ass!”

As Suggs was pulling away he allegedly pulled out a black handgun.

“The handgun was never pointed at the victim and was just merely shown,” the docs said, per TMZ.
