- Lamale McRae, a career criminal who spent more than 20 years in prison for attempted murder, was arrested for blindsiding a straphanger and shoving him onto the subway tracks.
- The attack was caught on video as McRae, 41, allegedly shoved Manhattan waiter David Martin off of a Brooklyn subway track.
