Suspect Libyan Bomb Maker In Lockerbie Massacre Appears In Court

The Libyan man accused of helping making the bomb that in 1988 destroyed Pan Am flight 103 over the town of Lockerbie, Scotland, made an initial court appearance Monday in a federal court in Washington, D.C.
