- Trump will testify in civil suit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James that alleges the former president business empire, under the Trump Organization, inflated the valued of its assets particularly real estate holding.
- His testimony follows that of his eldest sons, Trump Organization executives Eric and Donald Trump Jr., Trump’s eldest daughter, Ivanka, is set to testify Wednesday, after attempt to have her time on the stand postponer or reschedule because of weekday parental responsibilities.
