US Soldier To Remain In Russian Custody

A U.S. soldier whom Russian authorities have detained on allegations of theft will remain in the country’s custody, state media has reported.

The soldier, Gordon Black, was arrested in the city Vladivostok. U.S. officials say Black went to Russia to visit his longtime girlfriend. He was later detained and accused of stealing from her.
