Lunden Roberts, the former stripper mistress of Hunter Biden who shares a 4-year-old daughter with him, has requested a judge to issue an arrest warrant against Biden for allegedly evading court orders in their child support case.
Roberts filed a request with the court on Thursday, urging them to take action to ensure Biden complies with the requirement to disclose his income and assets. Biden is currently seeking to reduce the monthly child support payments of $20,000 in the case, while Roberts argues that he has been avoiding his financial obligations.
As stated in the court filing, Roberts’ lawyer argued for civil contempt of incarceration for Biden until he fully cooperates with the discovery process, along with compensation for attorney’s fees and costs.
